Class A warehousing Facilities in Shushary

In St.Petersburg an official opening took place inaugurating a new 10 km highway being an extension of Sofiyskaya Street to link the North capital with suburban Colpino. ITAR-TASS reports the road makes Sofiyskaya Street the longest in the city – its total length is 18 km.
For past 2 years 11 km of the new motorway was laid, three bridges erected, utility lines re-laid and road lightning set up. This road now provides access to Toyota, General Motors and Magna plants.
The new section’s opening will considerably help ease congestion on the Moscow highway. As it was noted by St.Petersburg governor Valentina Matvienko, “This event has been awaited by several generations of the citizens. The highway connecting Colpino to St.Petersburg was overcharged and that caused incessant traffic congestions” – the governor said.
The opening of Sofiyskaya Street extension duplicating the Moscow highway, substantially improves transport accessibility to AKM Logistics facility as the Complex has an access both to the Moscow highway and Sofiyskaya Street. This will facilitate logistics operations of the Complex’s present clients and markedly enhance its attractiveness in the market.
